**20 Scandinavian Cookies - Knackebrod
Knackebrod
(not for use with cookie stamps)

Ingredients
                                            
Cream:
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
Sift together:
2 cups white flour
2 cups graham flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Add alternately with sifted ingredients:
1 1/4 cups buttermilk

Method

Roll thin and prick. Cut in desired shapes. Bake 10 minutes at 375° F.
