Kokoskakor
(not for use with cookie stamps)
Cream:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
Sift together and add:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix in:
1 cup cocoanut
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 cup nuts
Method
Drop by spoonfuls on greeased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F. for 10 to 12 minutes.
