Melting Moments

1/2 cup cornstarch or tapioca flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sifted flour


Put all the ingredients into a food processor bowl with the sharp chopper blade. Process until the dough forms a ball. Roll all the dough into 1-inch balls. Chill if too soft to roll into balls. Put on a cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap, stamp with cookie stamp, then remove plastic wrap. Bakt at 350° F. for 20 to 25 minutes until barely brown around edges.
