Pepparkakor
With this recipe, you stamp the cookies immediately after baking!
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 teaspoons soda
1 egg
1 teaspoon each cloves, cinnamon, ginger
2 cups flour (or more)
pinch of salt
Method
Form balls the size of thumb. Flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake 5-7 minutes at 350. Aftr baking, (WHILE HOT) I like to stamp with a Rycraft Cookie Stamp. I often double the spice ingredients. Enjoy!

our church in Jacksonville, FL we “cookie” our weekly visitors. My
husband and I head up the care Ministry by bringing a plate of
home-made cookies to visitors on the Monday night visitation time. My
favorite recipe is “Pepparkakor” a Swedish spice cookie. After the
cookies are baked and while they are still hot, I stamp them. I am so
anxious to get the Christian fish stamp for these very special cookies.
