Spritz
(for use with a cookie press)
Cream:
1 pound butter
1 cup sugar
Add:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons thick cream
Add and mix:
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
4 cups flour
Method
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Place in cookie press; press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° F for 5 to 7 minutes, until set but not brown.
