**20 Scandinavian Cookies - Sur Gradde Kakor
Sur Gradde Kakor
(not for use with cookie stamps)

Ingredients
                                            
Cream:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract or grated orange peel
3 eggs slightly beaten

Sift and add alternately with:
1 cup sour cream:
5 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

Chill, roll and cut. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375° F.
