Tejada's Shortbread Surprise
Will this recipe work with a cookie stamp? Somebody want to try it out for us and let us know? :)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 package chocolate chips (white with some dark for color variation)
1 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Cream butter and sugar together until smooth. Add cream cheese, almond extract and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix. Add flour 1 cup at a time and mix until smooth. Bake at 325° F. for 15 minutes.
