Shipping, Terms and Conditions
Shipping & Handling Rate Chart:
This chart shows the amount of shipping charges added to your online order automatically. These rates apply to orders shipped to addresses within the continental U.S. We
ship the cheapest way, by U.S. mail if possible, or by UPS if the order
is too large for the mails. Small orders will go by First Class Mail,
over 13 ounces goes by Priority Mail. We will always ship according to
your instructions, so if you want faster shipping – CALL ROBIN at
1-800-479-2723 or 1-928-775-4386 to make arrangements.
We know times are tough and people are looking for FREE SHIPPING. I am sorry that we can only offer Free Shipping at special times of the year. We have reduced our shipping rates as low as we can go and still at least break even on our UPS and postage costs. We know you will understand that it's not only postage that we pay for on our end. The following are the expenses for shipping an order that we pay for every day: the computer-generated paperwork (6 parts in all) to process an order start to finish, a box, staples, a cardboard holder to protect the stamps, foam, bubblewrap, peanuts, tape, labels, more tape, Robin's time at the post office (at the machine or in line for international), and finally, postage and fees... then of course there's the overhead for a building and the cost of our websites. Thank you for understanding.
Be sure to notify us in the "Message" box on your order if there are special instructions about your address (ie, UPS does not deliver to that address, etc.).
Note: If your order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and to foreign countries, we will charge your same credit card after we ship, for additional postage and/or insurance costs if total shipping cost for your order exceeds the amount listed on the chart below. If you live outside the US, you may want to go to USPS.com to calculate international postage: click on Calculate International Postage, enter the country, choose "Package" and enter 1 pound (approximate weight of 4 cookie stamps) to get an approximation of postage costs.

Rycraft is not responsible for
typographical errors. Prices
do not include freight, handling fees, or other additional costs and
are subject to change without notice. Our 6/1/10 price increase was due to rising costs on every level and was the first price increase since 9/1/06.
For Shipments to More Than One Address:
If
you are ordering items for shipment to more than one address, please
place a separate order for each different shipping address. Note: There
will be a separate freight charge for each shipment
Delivery Times:
Most
orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days of receipt if the items are in stock. If an item is
out of stock, we will ship within 4 to 10 working days. If you need a rush shipment, please call us. You can always call us to see if your items are in stock and if not, you can make substitutions of designs that are in stock to expedite shipment.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If it is not possible to ship within 30 days, we will
notify you regarding the status of your order, with the option to cancel. Unavailable items may be canceled at Rycraft's discretion and the amount for canceled items will be refunded to you.
Shipping Claims:
All
claims for damaged goods, shortages, or errors must be reported to
Rycraft within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please give us your Internet order number or the "SO Number" from the packing
list, and the date the merchandise was shipped by Rycraft. Claims for
damage during shipment must be reported to Rycraft immediately. No exceptions.
Returns:
Merchandise
returns require a Return Authorization Number and may be subject to a
15% restocking fee. Merchandise returned without authorization will be
refused. The Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside
of all boxes returned.
No
claims will be allowed for merchandise which is older than two months
or which has been altered or which does not have a Return
Authorization. NOTE: Credit will not be given for any merchandise poorly
packed by the customer and thereby damaged upon return to Rycraft.
Please call Rycraft for packing instructions on return items.
Liability:
Rycraft Inc. is not liable for failure to deliver or delays in shipping
or delivery. Seller's liability is limited to the selling price of the
merchandise and does not include buyer's costs.

SHIPPING DURING OUR MOVE:
We are moving both our home and our business from Prescott Valley, Arizona to Lake Almanor,California, and so we will be juggling shipments in the month of February to meet the needs of our customers.
If you have an URGENT need, please call us at 1-800-479-2723 (it'll be much faster than an email) to arrange for faster shipment (by Fed Ex or UPS), or to substitute designs that are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
